Came home to the house being 90° because we shut Central air conditioning off for the week. The @ubnt wifi was down. Not sure why. I'll probably turn on the FiOS wifi in the morning.Doubt it was heat. That repeater handles much higher temperatures

@verizonfios My service has been down all day. I have reached out numerous times and you keep moving back the time it should be fixed by! First it was 10 AM, then 3 PM, then 6 PM—it is till down! Horrible customer service.

I've heard and read about how badly @Verizon @VerizonSupport addresses customer issues. Still I signed up believing they could be isolated issues and I won't likely have to suffer the same. Boy was I wrong.

@VerizonSupport Forget it. Reaching out to you is useless. I reported it out of concern but you didn't care if it gets worse. Now I have no service which shouldn't have happened if you acted quickly like what Comcast did in the same exact situation. @verizon 's lack of action is unacceptable.

@kodiak149 @verizonfios @VerizonSupport I had signed up for Fios about 2 years ago. Within 3 months I had the service ripped out completely. It was so bad I gladly forfeited my gift card they gave me for signing up. Never again. And for the same reasons you cited Kodak.

@sprint @TMobile Sprint was the best carrier I've ever had when it came to 5G until T-Mobile decided to purchase Sprint and then decided to turn off the 5G Network are you two years earlier.. now I switched and happy with @Verizon
